1 cup Parsley, fresh
1/2 cup Mint, fresh
1 clove(s) Garlic
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
2 tomato Roma tomatoes (diced, or 5 cherry tomatoes)
1/2 cup hulled Hemp seeds, shelled
2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp Lemon juice


  1. Process the parsley, mint, garlic, and sea salt in a food processor until minced.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a large mixing bowl.
  3. Add the tomatoes, hemp seeds, olive oil, and lemon juice. Mix well and serve.


Serve with 

  • A lemon seasoned chicken breast, cooked lentils, or any other protein of choice!
