4 large stalk(s)
Celery
(cut into fry length pieces)
2 tbsp
Avocado oil
(or olive oil) (organic highly recommended)
1 tbsp
Herbes de provence
(or to taste)
1 pinch
Sea Salt
(celery has natural salt so go light)
1 dash
Black pepper
(or to taste)
Instructions
Pre-heat oven at 425 degrees
Wash and cut celery sticks (french fry length or size or your choice)
Place in a baking dish, cover with oil, stir
Sprinkle on the Herb de Provence*, sea salt & black pepper and stir
Place in oven and cook until browned (stir every so often)
