1/4 cup Mint, fresh
1/4 cup Parsley, fresh
1/4 cup Cilantro (coriander)
1/4 cup Dill, fresh
1/2 medium head Cauliflower (processed to it looks like rice)
2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
1/2 small White onion
2 green onion (stem) Green onion
1/3 cup Pistachio nuts
1 tbsp Dulse (laver, nori), dried (or kelp flakes)


1. Process herbs in a food processor to make a paste. Remove from the food processor and put aside.
2. Process onion, remove from food processor and set aside.
3. Process cauliflower to a rice-like texture. Remove from processor, mix with onions and remaining ingredients.
4. Stir in the herb mixture, add topping and serve.
