2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil (for dressing)
1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar (for dressing)
1 pinch Salt and pepper (for dressing)
2 leaf Basil, fresh (finely chopped, for dressing)
1 dash Thyme, fresh (finely chopped, for dressing)
1 dash Oregano, fresh (finely chopped, for dressing)
1 clove(s) Garlic (minced, for dressing)
1/4 tsp Onion powder (for dressing)
1 tsp Dijon mustard (for dressing)
2 drop(s) Stevia sweetener, liquid (more or less to taste, for dressing)
1/2 medium pepper(s) Red bell pepper (sliced )
1/4 cup Cherry Tomatoes (halved)
1/4 cup Cucumber (chopped)
2 cup Kale (chopped into thin ribbons)
1 tbsp Lemon juice
1/4 cup whole Black olives
1 avocado(s) Avocado (cubed)
1 tbsp hulled Hemp seeds, shelled (or slivered almond, walnuts, or pine nuts)

Instructions


  1. Pour lemon juice over kale and add a pinch of salt. Massage into the kale with your hands for a couple minutes to tenderize.
  2. Top bed of kale with vegetables, avocado, hemp seeds and olives. Drizzle with herbed dressing.
