Mmmm… this dressing is full of fresh herbs and oils with a nutrition boost of greens+.


1 cup Extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup Flaxseed oil (or pumpkin seed oil)
4 tbsp Apple cider vinegar (or lemon juice)
2 tbsp Parsley, fresh (chopped)
2 tbsp Basil, fresh (chopped)
2 tsp Dill, fresh (chopped)
2 tsp Soy sauce, tamari
1 tsp Thyme, fresh (chopped)
1 tsp greens+ ORIGINAL (unflavoured), Genuine Health (optional, can use other unflavored powdered greens)
3/4 tsp Sea salt, fine
1 dash Dulse (laver, nori), dried
1 dash Cayenne pepper (to taste)
1 clove(s) Garlic (minced)


Add all ingredients to a medium-sized bowl and whisk together. Refrigerate for several hours or overnight. This dressing tastes naturally sweet and keeps for one week in a metal-lidded glass jar. Refrigerate immediately after each use.
