3/4 cup Soy milk, unsweetened (or alternate milk of choice)
1/2 cup Blueberries
1/4 tsp Vanilla extract, pure
1 scoop Whey protein powder, unflavoured (or alternate protein powder of choice)
1/2 tbsp Lemon juice

Instructions


1. Add soy milk, blueberries, vanilla extract and protein powder in a blender and blend until smooth.

 

2. Add lemon juice to taste and enjoy!
