| 1 cup | Pancake mix, dry (Complete mix or protein complete mix) |
| 3 Tbsp | Super Seeds |
| 3 tbsp | Pecans (Ground or finely chopped) |
| 1 medium | Banana (s) (Mashed with a fork) |
| 1/2 tsp | Vanilla extract, pure |
| 1/2 tsp | Cinnamon |
| 3/4 cup | Water |
1) Preheat griddle to 375 degrees F.
2) Remove peeling from banana and mash with a fork.
3) Add all dry ingredients into a bowl.
4) Add the mashed banana, vanilla, and water.
5) Stir well until combined.
6) Once griddle is preheated, drop 1/2 cup of the batter onto an ungreased, hot griddle. Spread the batter out to form a round pancake about 1/4 inch thick. Let cook until browned, about 3-5 minutes. Flip to the other side to cook for approximately 3-5 minutes or until browned.
7) Top with your choice of: butter, margarine, peanut butter, almond butter, pancake syrup, maple syrup, blueberries, bananas, peaches.
