Chocolate Berry Chia Seed Pudding

Batch this overnight chia seed chocolate pudding for quick breakfasts. High in omega 3, protein and fibre. Keeps you going for longer. Will last for 3 days

Ingredients


1/3 cup Chia seeds
1/4 cup Cocoa powder, unsweetened
1 1/2 cup Almond milk, unsweetened
5 date(s) Dates
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
2 tbsp hulled Hemp seeds, shelled
171 gm Strawberries (chopped and divided)
171 gm Blueberries (divided)
171 gm Raspberries (divided)

Instructions


1. Place the chia seeds, cocoa powder, almond milk, dates, and sea salt to a high-powered blender and blend until smooth. (Alternatively, chop the dates finely and whisk all together in a bowl).

2. Divide into 3 mason jars and place it in the fridge for 1 hour.

3. Serve topped with hemp seeds and berries. 

 

Notes:

Quick Tips:

For a hint of sweetness add banana, raspberries or blueberries. 

Top with cacao nibs, nuts and seeds or mint.
