2 waffle, round (4 inch) Waffle, whole wheat
2 tbsp Almond butter (or Wow Butter)
1/8 cup Frozen raspberries (defrosted. for jam)
1 tsp Honey (for jam)
1 tsp Chia seeds, ground (for jam)
1/4 cup White beans, canned (low sodium)
1 pinch Sea salt, fine
1 tbsp Pistachio nuts (shelled, or walnuts or almonds)
1/4 cup slices Strawberries
1/3 cup Greek yogurt, plain, 2% M.F. (for yogurt dip)
1 tbsp Honey (for yogurt dip)
1 tbsp Raspberries (or any berry you like, for yogurt dip)
1 tsp hulled Hemp seeds, shelled (for yogurt dip)
1/4 tsp Cinnamon (for yogurt dip)


1. Spread 1 tbsp. of almond butter on each waffle. 

2. Then spread jam on almond butter. Sandwich the two waffles and cut into quarters.

3. Sprinkle white beans with a pinch of salt.

4. Assemble bento box with goodies and enjoy!
