|2 tbsp||Almond butter (or Wow Butter)|
|2 tbsp||Frozen raspberries (defrosted. for jam)|
|1 tsp||Honey (for jam)|
|1 tsp||Chia seeds, ground (for jam)|
|1/4 cup||White beans, canned (low sodium)|
|1 pinch||Sea salt, fine|
|1 tbsp||Pistachio nuts (shelled, or walnuts or almonds)|
|1/4 cup slices||Strawberries|
|1/3 cup||Greek yogurt, plain, 2% M.F. (for yogurt dip)|
|1 tbsp||Honey (for yogurt dip)|
|1 tbsp||Raspberries (or any berry you like, for yogurt dip)|
|1 tsp hulled||Hemp seeds, shelled (for yogurt dip)|
|1 dash||Cinnamon (for yogurt dip)|
1. Spread 1 tbsp. of almond butter on each waffle.
2. Then spread jam on almond butter. Sandwich the two waffles and cut into quarters.
3. Sprinkle white beans with a pinch of salt.
4. Assemble bento box with goodies and enjoy!
