| 1/4 cup slices | Strawberries | 
| 1/3 cup | Greek yogurt, plain, 2% M.F. (for yogurt dip) | 
| 1 tbsp | Honey (for yogurt dip) | 
| 1 tbsp | Raspberries (or any berry you like, for yogurt dip) |

1. Spread 1 tbsp. of almond butter on each waffle.
2. Then spread jam on almond butter. Sandwich the two waffles and cut into quarters.
3. Sprinkle white beans with a pinch of salt.
