1 medium Apple (sliced)
1/4 tsp Cinnamon (more or less; to taste)


  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Core the apple and cut it into thin slices. You will want the slices really thin, so cut carefully with a paring knife.
  3. Place the apple slices onto the lined baking sheet in a single layer and season with pinches of cinnamon – it’s up to you how much cinnamon to add.
  4. Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake the apple slices for 45 minutes, flip them, then bake them for another 45 minutes.
