1 can (15oz) Chickpeas, canned, drained
2 can (15oz) Whole tomato, canned
1 tsp Paprika
1 large egg Egg (optional)

Instructions


Tip them all into a sauce pan.

Heat gently.

I serve the beans on toast with an egg on top.

Can use any beans: choose between lentils, garbanzo beans, pinto beans, white beans, lima beans
