1/2 cup Plain yogurt, 2-4% M.F. (or vanilla yogurt)
1/2 cup frozen Forest fruit mix, frozen
1/4 cup Almond milk, vanilla, unsweetened, Silk

Instructions


Combine ingredients into a medium sized mixing bowl. Add a spoonful of your favourite probiotic powder for an added benefit!

Use a hand blender to mix ingredients until smooth.
