4 tbsp Hummus (preferred flavour)
2 tbsp Goat cheese, soft
1/2 avocado(s) Avocado (sliced)
8 slice Cucumber
6 small Radish (sliced)
1 cup Arugula

Instructions


  1. Toast bread, if desired. 
  2. Spread hummus on each slice of bread. 
  3. Top with goat cheese, avocado, cucumber, radishes, and arugula
  4. Press slices of toasted bread together to form a sandwich and Enjoy!
