Ingredients


1 cup Tomato paste, organic (organic)
1/2 cup Vinegar, white (or apple cider vinegar)
1 tsp Garlic powder
1 tbsp Onion powder
2 tbsp Honey
1 tsp Sea Salt
1 tsp Mustard powder
1 dash Allspice, ground
1 cup Water
1 tsp Chia seeds, ground (blended into a powder, optional)

Instructions


Put the ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend well.


Put in fridge to let flavours meld overnight or at least two hours.


Use as you would with regular ketchup.
