1/2 tbsp Teff flour
1/2 tbsp Brown rice protein concentrate
1/2 tbsp Wheatgrass (powder)
1 tbsp Pea Protein Powder
1 tbsp Sprouted Quinoa Flour


While this recipe is to make a single “scoop” of the desired vegan protein powder - it's probably best to make a huge batch (once you decide if you like it!).

In which case, you'll mix up all ingredients into a bowl and store in airtight container.

I like to add a natural vanilla bean powder along with some cinnamon, nutmeg, and a tiny pinch of ginger for a warming “chai”-inspired flavouring.
