3 tbsp | Maple syrup, pure (Must be pure Canadian Maple syrup) |
1/4 tsp | Himalayan sea salt |
5 flower | Hibiscus flower, dried |
In a tall pitcher, mix all ingredients and stir well, making sure maple syrup dissolves.
Let sit for 10 minutes for hibiscus to infuse.
Add ice and stir for another minute or store in the fridge.
Strain out the hibiscus leaves (or leave in for richer colour and flavour)
Pour into a sports drink and enjoy.
