Ingredients


1 1/3 cup Nutritional yeast
3 tbsp Onion powder
7 1/2 tsp Sea salt, fine
1 tbsp Whey protein powder, isolate, unflavoured (or other protein powder)
1 tbsp Granulated sugar
2 1/2 tsp Granulated garlic (or powder)
1 tsp, ground Thyme, dried
1 tsp Sage, ground
1 tsp Paprika, smoked
1/2 tsp Turmeric, ground

Instructions


  1. Blend all the ingredients in a small food processor until powdery and mixed well. Store in a dry, airtight container. I use a glass jar with a lid and it works perfectly!
  2. Use 1 level teaspoon per cup of boiling water.

 

Yield: 1 1/2 cups of bouillon powder
