3 medium Fig, raw (chopped)
2 cup Greek yogurt, plain, 2% M.F. (combined with Mascarpone)
1/4 cup Honey
1 cup Mascarpone cheese (combined with Greek yogurt)
3 tbsp Pistachio nuts (for topping)
1 tsp Vanilla extract, pure


Chop figs and combine with honey and vanilla.

Layer in glass jars and top with Pistachios.
