1 1/4 kg | Pork chops, boneless, raw |
1/2 tsp | Kosher salt (to taste) |
1 tsp | Onion powder |
1 tsp | Garlic powder |
1 tbsp | Tigernut flour (1 tablespoon) |
1 tbsp | Butter, unsalted |

1 cup | Vegetable stock/broth |
1/4 cup | Honey |
2 tbsp | White wine vinegar |
1. In a small bowl combine all the seasonings and coat the pork chops all around with the dry rub.
2. Set Instant Pot to Saut'e and preheat for 8-10 minutes. Add the butter. Add pork chops and sear on both sides after butter is melted. About 2 minutes per side. Remove chops and set aside. Turn off Instant Pot.
3. Add pressed garlic and cook for 30 seconds
4. Add broth, honey, and white vinegar. Stir well. Add salt to taste. Add pork chops.
5. Cover cooker making sure making sure valve is sealed. Set to manual, high pressure, 7 minute cook time. After time is up, let cooker naturally release about 10-12 minutes. Open valve completely releasing the rest of the pressure.
6. Remove pork chops and let rest for 3-5 minutes. Serve with sauce and enjoy!
