Ingredients


4 medium Fig, raw (sliced)
1/2 tbsp Honey
1/2 whole lemon(s) Lemon juice
1 tsp Lemon peel (zest)
2 tbsp Pistachio nuts (crushed)
1/4 cup Ricotta cheese (skimmed milk)
2 slice Whole grain bread

Instructions


Toast bread. While bread is toasting, whip together ricotta, lemon juice and honey until smooth and creamy.

Spread ricotta moisture evenly over each piece of toast, then top with sliced figs. Sprinkle each piece with pistachio pieces and lemon zest.
