Honey Mustard Turkey Spinach Sandwich

Ingredients


2 slice Bread, sprouted, whole grain, Ezekiel 4:9
227 gm Turkey breast, nitrate free, oven roasted (about 6-7 slices)
1 cup Spinach
1/2 small Tomato (sliced)
4 slice Cucumber
1/4 cup Alfalfa sprouts (one handful)
1 tbsp Honey mustard dressing, low fat

Instructions


  1. Layer Ezekiel, turkey breast, spinach, tomato, and cucumber on top of one slice of bread.
  2. Drizzle low-fat honey mustard dressing on top.
  3. Place the other slice of bread on top.

For fewer grains: this sandwich can be served open-faced or in an iceberg lettuce wrap.
