This hot pink juice is loaded with fruits and veggies for a beverage that is refreshingly crisp and not too sweet.
Ingredients
1 grapefruit
Grapefruit (pink or red)
(large; peeled and quartered)
2 large
Apple
(large; peeled, stems removed, roughly quartered)
2 medium
Carrots
(peeled)
1 beet(s)
Beets, raw
(small; greens removed, roughly chopped)
1 tbsp minced
Ginger root
(peeled)
1 whole lemon(s)
Lemon juice
1/2 cup
Water, filtered
(filtered)
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until well combined and liquefied, encouraging it along with more water if needed.
Place a clean thin dish towel over a fine mesh strainer (optional) and set over a mixing bowl.
Pour over the juice mixture. Then gather four corners of the towel and twist to squeeze out all of the juice, leaving the pulp behind. Once all of the juice has been squeezed out, either chill or serve immediately.
