1 cup Extra virgin olive oil (Preferably first cold pressed)
1/3 cup Balsamic vinegar (Good quality aged)
1 tbsp Parsley, dried
1/2 tsp Sea Salt
1 dash Black pepper
1 tbsp Dijon mustard, whole grain
1 clove(s) Garlic (passed through a garlic press or minced (optional))

Instructions


  1. Add all ingredients into a bowl & whisk until thick and creamy. Check for seasoning.


Note: 1 serving is 2 tablespoons. Store in refrigerator.
