2 medium potato(es) | Sweet potato (use 2-4, rinsed and dried) |
1. Preheat the oven to 400F.
2. Pierce each sweet potato a few times with a fork (don't get trigger happy... it's just to let some steam out).
3. Place the sweet potatoes on a rimmed baking sheet lined with foil. Bake for about 45 minutes, or until potatoes are tender. That's it!
