How to Make Juice with a Blender. It's really easy! You only need a blender, a nut milk bag, a bowl and your favorite ingredients.

Ingredients


1 1/2 cup Water
1 cup Pineapple, canned (drained)
1 mango Mango
1 large Orange
2 medium fruit (6cm dia) Tangerine (mandarin), raw

Instructions


  1. Place all the ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Place a nut milk bag (you can also use a cheesecloth or a napkin) on the top of a bowl and pour the juice through it. Squeeze with your hands until all the juice is in the bowl.
  3. Serve immediately.
