Ingredients


2 slice Bread, sprouted, whole grain, Ezekiel 4:9
2 tbsp Peanut butter, natural (oraganic)
1/4 cup Spinach
3 slice Tomato
4 slice Cucumber
2 tbsp Avocado (thin slices)
2 leaf Collard greens (side salad)
1 tbsp hulled Hemp seeds, shelled (side salad)
1 tbsp Avocado oil (side salad)

Instructions


Take the 2 slices of bread, spread peanut butter on each slice, top with thin slices of avocado.

Top with spinach, tomato, cucumber. 

Enjoy with a side salad of cooked collard greens sprinkled with Hemp seeds. 

Collard greens: chop and cook lightly in avocado oil, add salt and pepper to taste. cover and simmer the greens until they are tender.
