2 tbsp | Avocado (thin slices) |
2 leaf | Collard greens (side salad) |

Take the 2 slices of bread, spread peanut butter on each slice, top with thin slices of avocado.
Top with spinach, tomato, cucumber.
Enjoy with a side salad of cooked collard greens sprinkled with Hemp seeds.
Collard greens: chop and cook lightly in avocado oil, add salt and pepper to taste. cover and simmer the greens until they are tender.
