2 tbsp Hummus
2 slice Whole grain bread
1/4 cup Spinach
3 slice Tomato
4 slice Cucumber
1/4 cup Alfalfa sprouts
2 tbsp Avocado (mashed)

Instructions


1. Take the 2 slices of bread, spread avocado on each slice. 

2. Top with spinach, tomato, cucumber and sprouts. 

3. Top with the other slice of bread and enjoy.
