2 slice Whole grain bread
2 tbsp Avocado (mashed)
2 tbsp Hummus
1/4 cup Spinach
3 slice Tomato
4 slice Cucumber
1/4 cup Alfalfa sprouts
2 slice Tempeh bacon

Instructions


  1. Take the 2 slices of bread, and spread mashed avocado and hummus on each slice. 
  2. Top with tempeh bacon, spinach, tomato, cucumber, and sprouts. 
  3. Top with the other slice of bread and enjoy.
