1 cup Chickpeas, raw (soaked overnight, cooked according to package directions)
1/4 cup Extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup Water
2 clove(s) Garlic
2 tbsp Tahini
1 pinch Salt and pepper

Instructions


Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender or food processor and combine until smooth.

Notes:

Homemade hummus tastes so much better than store bought and it’s so easy to prepare! It keeps well in an air tight, glass storage container for 5-7 days in the fridge.
