1 can (15oz) Chickpeas, canned, drained (rinsed and drained)
1 clove(s) Garlic (optional)
1/4 cup Olive Oil, Extra Virgin
2 tbsp Lemon juice
2 tbsp Tahini
1 pinch Kosher salt
1/4 tsp Paprika (optional)
1/4 cup Water

Instructions


Place all ingredients in the food processor and blend. You may need to add water to achieve desired consistency.

Transfer to a bowl and drizzle olive oil on top and sprinkle paprika for taste and decoration.

Great snack for adults and kids with whole wheat pita bread.
