1 1/2 cup Chickpeas, canned, drained (drained, rinsed)
1 clove(s) Garlic (halved)
2 tbsp Lemon juice
2 tsp Olive oil
1/4 tsp Salt (to taste)
2 1/2 tbsp Tahini


Rinse and drain canned chickpeas, peel and cut garlic in half. Place all ingredients in a food processor or electric mixer, add 4 tbsp of water and mix until it looks creamy.

Enjoy with flat bread, pita bread, or pumpernickel bread!
