2. Prepare Red Lentil Dahl according to recipe on page117.
3. Prepare Roasted Cauliflower according to recipe on page 87.
4. Prepare Naan according to recipe on page83.
5. Wash fresh parsley and break into small pieces for serving.
6. Combine rice, dahl, cauliflower, naan, and parsley in bowl.
