A high protein alternative for those Iced Capp cravings!
Ingredients
1/2 cup

Brewed coffee
(Best if prepped ahead and cooled)

1 medium

Frozen banana
|
2 tbsp
|
Peanut butter, natural
(Or nut butter of your choice)

1/2 cup
|
Frozen cauliflower
(Or 1/2 cup ice)

1/4 cup
|
Coconut milk, unsweetened
(Or non-dairy milk of choice (I prefer organic coconut milk as it doesn't contain gums or fillers))

Vanilla extract, pure
|
1 tbsp
|
Cocoa powder, unsweetened
|
1 scoop
|
Whey protein powder, isolate, unflavoured
(If using a flavoured protein powder exclude the vanilla and/or cocoa powder)
