Black pepper

1/2 cup

Dill, fresh
(finely chopped)

Lemon juice

Instructions
- Rinse fish and season with salt and pepper.
- Finely chop the dill.
- Fill a skillet with about 1/2 inch of water and lemon juice and heat till steaming.
- Place fish in the skillet, cover the top with dill and cook until fish is cooked about 5 to 7 minutes.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
