Ingredients


624 gm Atlantic Cod
1 dash Black pepper
1/2 cup Dill, fresh (finely chopped)
1 tbsp Lemon juice
1 pinch Sea Salt

Instructions


  1. Rinse fish and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Finely chop the dill.
  3. Fill a skillet with about 1/2 inch of water and lemon juice and heat till steaming.
  4. Place fish in the skillet, cover the top with dill and cook until fish is cooked about 5 to 7 minutes.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy!

  • Omit black pepper
