2 cup Bok choy (2 handfuls)
2 large Carrots
2 large stalk(s) Celery
1/2 medium Apple (green)
1/2 large Orange
1 tbsp Wheatgrass (fresh wheatgrass)


Wash the fruit and vegetables (no need to wash orange because you will be peeling).

Peel orange.

Cut the fruit and vegetables to a size that will fit in your juicer.

Mix in the frothy stuff before pouring.

Pour over ice if so desired (I usually don’t).
