Sweet Potato Smoothie

A simple sweet potato smoothie packed with nutrients and naturally creamy and sweet. Healthy, easy and so nutritious.

Ingredients


1 large potato(es) Sweet potato (boiled, skin removed & mashed;)
1 tbsp Almond butter
1/2 tbsp Flaxseed meal (ground) (or chia seeds)
3/4 cup Almond milk, unsweetened (unsweetened)
1/2 cup Water
4 cube(s) Ice cubes
2 scoop (heaping) Bone Broth Protein, Ancient Nutrition, Cafe Mocha (Organika Ginger bone broth powder)

Instructions


  1. Boil sweet potato until soft when poked with fork (can be part of meal prep)
  2. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth, scraping down sides as needed.
  3. Split between two small glasses and serve. Garnish with extra cinnamon.
  4. Add more liquid as needed.
