A simple sweet potato smoothie packed with nutrients and naturally creamy and sweet. Healthy, easy and so nutritious.

1 large potato(es)

Sweet potato
(boiled, skin removed & mashed;)

1 tbsp

Almond butter
|
1/2 tbsp
|
Flaxseed meal (ground)
(or chia seeds)

3/4 cup

Almond milk, unsweetened
(unsweetened)

Instructions
- Boil sweet potato until soft when poked with fork (can be part of meal prep)
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth, scraping down sides as needed.
- Split between two small glasses and serve. Garnish with extra cinnamon.
- Add more liquid as needed.
