Easy and classic. Traditional tuscan bean salad that is heart healthy and really delicious.
Ingredients
2 can (19oz)
Cannellini beans, canned
(low sodium (19-ounce) cans; drained and rinsed)
397 gm
Solid white tuna, in water, Cloverleaf
(canned in water, drained)
1 medium stalk(s)
Celery
(chopped)
1/2 medium
Lemon
(Juice of)
2 tbsp
Olive Oil, Extra Virgin
(extra-virgin)
pinch
Salt
dash
Black pepper
(Freshly ground)
Instructions
Mix cannellini beans, tuna, and celery in a salad bowl. Squeeze the lemon juice into the bowl. Pour in the extra-virgin olive oil. Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Mix well.
