908 gm | Beef brisket (chopped into 2 inch cubes) |
4 cup | Water, filtered |
1 cup | Radish, daikon (chopped) |
1 cup chopped | Carrots |
1 medium | Apple (chopped) |
1 cup chopped | Watercress |
1/2 cup | Soy sauce, tamari |
2 tbsp | Sesame oil |
1 package | Kelp Noodles, uncooked (1 lb) |
1. Set the instant pot on saute mode and heat with oil of your choice.
2. Saute the chopped beef brisket for 1 minute on each side sprinkle with salt and pepper. Keep beef in the pot and turn off saute mode
3. Add the filtered water, daikon, carrot, apple, watercress, tamari, sesame oil and kelp noodles to the instant pot
4. Cover with lid and pressure cook for 30 minutes, allowing the steam to release naturally afterwards
