1 tbsp | Seaweed, agar, dried (you can sub for gelatin) |
place 2 cans of coconut cream or coconut milk from a can into the instant pot, press sauté button and cook for 15-20 minutes.
Then shut off heat and add your agar or gelatin, mix well.
Then let it cool down for 5 minutes, while still warm but not hot open your probiotic capsules and add to the coconut mixture.
mix well.
Then hit the yogurt button on your instant pot, if you don't have that setting then hit the warm button for 18-24 hours.
After the 18-24 hours, stir your yogurt, if it's too thick add some coconut milk and blend (might need to blend in a blender to get the clumps out), if it's too watery add 1/4 tsp of agar.
Then add all of the contents into a mason jar and store in fridge, let it set for at least 8 hours before eating.
If you want to add sweetener or protein powder do it at the end, not before. or you can do it to each individual serving every time you eat it.
