A great way to start the day with iron-rich cocoa powder.


1 tbsp Cocoa powder, unsweetened
2 tbsp Flaxseeds
1/2 medium Banana (s)
1 cup Baby spinach (optional)
1/2 avocado(s) Avocado (optional)
1 1/2 cup Whole milk 3.3% (or alternative milk)
3 cube(s) Ice cubes
1 tsp Honey (optional (banana usually has enough sweetness))


In a clean dry blender add the flaxseeds and blitz until powdered. 


Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth. 


If you need more liquid, add more milk to loosen it up.
