3/4 cup Balsamic vinegar (see instructions to make reduction)
1/2 cup Blackberries
1 cup Heirloom tomatoes (sliced in half)
1/2 medium Red onion (diced)
1/2 cup halves Strawberries

Instructions


1. Mix all ingredients together.

2. To make a balsamic reduction, pour about 3/4 cup of balsamic vinegar in a pan and bring to a boil. 

3. Let simmer for a few minutes until it thickens slightly. 

4. Remove it from the heat and let cool a bit. It should be the consistency of chocolate syrup.
