|3/4 cup||Balsamic vinegar (see instructions to make reduction)|
|1 cup||Heirloom tomatoes (sliced in half)|
|1/2 medium||Red onion (diced)|
|1/2 cup halves||Strawberries|
1. Mix all ingredients together.
2. To make a balsamic reduction, pour about 3/4 cup of balsamic vinegar in a pan and bring to a boil.
3. Let simmer for a few minutes until it thickens slightly.
4. Remove it from the heat and let cool a bit. It should be the consistency of chocolate syrup.
