(Use only half of 1 lb package)

Instructions
- First combine the dry seasoning mix in a small bowl and set aside
- Next brown the pre-cooked sausage slices in a large skillet with a little coconut oil over medium heat – transfer sausage to a plate and set aside
- Then, add the onions, peppers, zucchini and seasoning mix to the pan and cook everything for about 7-10 minutes, or until onions are translucent.
- Add salt and pepper to taste (and any additional seasonings you'd like)
- Grab the sausage you set aside and toss back into the pan with the veggies to reheat for about 2 minutes.
- Serve hot from skillet to plate and enjoy!
