454 gm Ground turkey, lean (dark or light - chicken would also work)
1/2 cup White onion (diced OR 1 bunch green onion, diced)
2 tbsp Cilantro (coriander) (2 to 3 tbsp)
1 clove(s) Garlic (1 or 2 cloves, minced)
1 tsp Cumin
1/2 tsp Coriander, ground
1/2 tsp Paprika, smoked
1/2 pepper Jalapeno pepper, dried (seeded - optional for spicy, can omit if you want)

Instructions


Combine mixture. Divide into patties. Place a little oil in a pan. brown each side for a few minutes then pop in the oven to finish cooking (and no longer pink in the middle). OR just continue cooking on the stove-top. If you’re really feeling adventurous you can go outside and grill them.
