Ingredients


2 clove(s) Garlic (minced)
1/4 tsp Salt
1/2 tbsp Sesame oil
2 tbsp Sesame seeds
2 bunch Spinach

Instructions


Rinse spinach and trim stems.

Toast sesame seeds on a dry skillet on medium-high heat until golden brown - about 2 minutes. Remove seeds from heat and place in a separate bowl.

Heat sesame oil on medium high heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until golden brown.

Add the spinach leaves in handfuls. Sauté until wilted and bright green - about 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.

Serve warm.
