Ingredients


3 tbsp Sesame oil
3 tbsp Rice vinegar
1 clove(s) Garlic (optional)
1/3 tsp minced Ginger root (optional )
1 tbsp Granulated sugar (optional )
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Black pepper
1 large head Green cabbage (shredded- use red cabbage for colour)
1 bunch Green onion, scallion, ramp (thinly sliced)
1 cup Slivered almonds
1/4 cup Sesame seeds

Instructions


Whisk together sesame oil, vinegar, garlic, ginger, sugar, salt, and pepper in a small bowl until the sugar has dissolved.

Toss the cabbage, green onions, almonds, and sesame seeds in a large bowl with the dressing until well coated.

Serve and enjoy!
