Sweet Potato Fries

Try these sweet crispy fries as a snack or as a side dish.

Ingredients


2 large potato Sweet potato (Sweet potato diced or sliced into 1/2 inch fries)
1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp Sea salt, fine
1 tsp Black pepper (ground)
1 tsp Garlic powder (optional, any seasoning of your choice is fine)
1 tsp Rosemary, dried (optional, any seasoning of your choice is fine)

Instructions


  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (218°C).
  2. Place sliced sweet potatoes in a bowl and toss with olive oil and seasonings.
  3. Place on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper in an even layer.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes, flipping half-way through.
  5. Remove from heat and enjoy!
