Ingredients


1 large potato(es) Sweet potato (cut into strips or wedges)
1 tbsp Olive Oil, Extra Virgin
1 tsp Sea Salt
1 tsp Black pepper (ground)
1 tsp Garlic powder (optional, any seasoning of your choice is fine)
1 tsp Onion powder (optional)
1/2 tsp Cumin (optional)
1 tsp Rosemary, fresh (optional)

Instructions


  1. Preheat oven to 220 C. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
  2. Toss sweet potato in oilive oil. Season with salt, pepper, and additional seasonings of choice.
  3. Place on sheet pan.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes, flipping half-way through.
  5. Remove from heat and enjoy!
