Try these sweet crispy fries as a snack or as a side dish.

1 large potato

Sweet potato
(Japanese Sweet potato diced or sliced into 1/2 inch fries)

1 tbsp

Avocado oil
|
1 tsp

Sea salt, fine
|
1 tsp

Black pepper
(ground)

Garlic powder
(optional, any seasoning of your choice is fine)

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (218°C).
- Place sliced sweet potatoes in a bowl and toss with avocado oil and seasonings.
- Place on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper in an even layer.
- Bake for 30 minutes, flipping half-way through.
- Remove from heat and enjoy!
