1 cup Almond milk, unsweetened (any desired brand)
1 tbsp Dandy Blend, caffeine-free, gluten free coffee (or organic instant coffee)
1 1/2 tbsp Chia seeds, ground
1 tbsp Almond butter
1 packette Stevia sweetener, powder
1 tbsp Cacao powder, raw
2 date pitted Medjool date
1 tsp Vanilla extract, pure
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
20 cube(s) Ice cubes


Add all the smoothie ingredients (except toppings) to a high-powered blender in the order listed; blend until smooth.

Pour the smoothie into a large glass or mason jar. If desired, top with Coconut Whipped Cream and sprinkle with cacao nibs.


Optional toppings: Coconut whipped cream and 1 to 2 tsp. raw cacao nibs
